In the pages dedicated to prestigious awarded in decoration, architecture,  and  product design, Duo is defined as "markant" ("striking" in english). DUO in the red dot museum

We saw it, our beloved DUO is finally exposed in the red dot museum based in Essen, Germany. The place is huge, recycled from an old factory built with red bricks, and it stores the winning products of the competition this year. They also keep the must-see of previous competitions in other levels.

If you happen to be there, just go to the third floor, in the living department. Head to the "Starting the day : 6.00" section, and here is DUO on a center booth.

Red dot design yearbook

We just received our winners's hard cover copy of red dot design yearbook 2010/2011... Around 490 pages, 3.7 kilos, this is massive, and it's only one volume out of two. Better not carrying this for travelling...

So, we are in the volume 1 : living, that also includes furnitures, lights, and everyday life's accessories (from door knob to toothbrush and toddler toilet). Our winner product DUO stands on page 244, in the bathroom section. That's such a big honor. Reading our names printed on this book is like a dream come true.

ISMA is very proud to announce that our product DUO succeeds in the prestigious „red dot design award 2010“. With its stunning and original design, DUO by Isma managed to impress the jury of one of the most prestigious and important international design competitions.
